The Guild is a nationwide network of approaching 800 leading estate agents, all dedicated to maintaining the very highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Guild Membership is traditionally only granted to one agent in a given area.
This appointment means that we have been judged to have met or exceeded The Guild’s exacting Membership criteria, and in recognition of this achievement we have been selected as its sole representative in Hereford.
Being a member of the Guild means we have exclusive access to showcasing properties in their Park Lane office to attract a wider audience…all you have to do is let us know you would like your property displayed and we can book you a slot.
Being a Guild member also allows us to create a glossy magazine to advertise our properties again, allowing us to reach a wider audience.

Floorplans, Virtual Tours & Photography
Whilst being a traditional agent in terms of our values and how we operate, we operate a forward thinking approach when it comes to how we market your property. We use a technology that enables us to take enhance photographs of your home as well as produce a full ‘click through’ virtual tour and a floorplan. Where some agents charge a fee for their customers to take advantage of ‘extras’ like this one, with us, this is all included in the one, transparent fee that you are quoted at the initial valuation.
