Offer Agreed
Once the offer has been negotiated and accepted
Exchange Of Contracts
Once all enquiries have been satisfied and the contracts signed by both parties a deposit (usually 10% of the purchase price) will be transferred by the buyer?s solicitors. The completion date is then set.
Completion
Completion is when the remainder of the funds are transferred. When your solicitor confirms these funds have cleared we are instructed to release the keys.
